VARI-FORM INC HAS BEEN ACQUIRED

Birmingham, Michigan – May 1, 2019 – Angle Advisors is pleased to announce that it has sold Vari-Form Inc. (“Vari-Form” or the “Company”) to an undisclosed strategic buyer. Angle Advisors acted as the exclusive investment banking advisor to Vari-Form in completing this transaction.
