CLIFF ROESLER

Mr. Roesler is a Co-Founder and Partner of Angle Advisors with over 35 years of investment banking and private equity experience. As a degreed engineer, Mr. Roesler’s background combines manufacturing and process know-how with financial, accounting and lengthy investment banking experience. Mr. Roesler’s projects generally emphasize products or processes where unique technical aspects, proprietary know-how, or highly engineered products are involved. He is also active with companies whose value-added distribution type products, or business models, serve the vehicular, industrial and consumer end-markets. Mr. Roesler is co-inventor of Angle’s unique “Sponsored Management Buyout” methodology. He is co-originator of Angle’s trademarked Fireside Chat® process used to selectively develop buyer candidates. Having completed over 190 transactions during his career, Mr. Roesler leads domestic and cross-border transactions, corporate carve-outs and private company sales. Mr. Roesler also oversees projects co-executed through Angle’s offices in Germany and China.
Mr. Roesler has worked on transactions in 28 countries. He began his career in the transportation industry, most notably working on the successful post-merger integration forming CSX Railroad. He also worked on projects involving the Florida East Coast Railway, BNSF Railway, Metro North, Greenwood Motor Lines and Jones Transfer. Prior to founding Angle, Mr. Roesler was a Managing Director of W.Y. Campbell & Co (a US-based investment bank), a Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers (corporate finance, due diligence, and valuation) and a Principal with Arbor Vista LLC (private equity), specializing in small cap acquisitions and middle-market turnarounds.
Mr. Roesler is a graduate of Culver Military Academy, the University of Michigan, where he earned his B.A., M.B.A. and M.S.Engineering, and has completed further specialized coursework at both Stanford University and the University of Southern California.
KEVIN MARSH

Mr. Marsh is a Co-Founder and Partner of Angle Advisors and has 22 years of investment banking experience. Having completed over 160 transactions during his career, Mr. Marsh has developed extensive experience working with corporate clients, private business owners, and private equity firms on transactions ranging from the sale of an entire business to product line or business unit divestitures. Mr. Marsh has completed transactions in 18 countries around the world, including in Europe, Asia, North America, and South America. Mr. Marsh’s industry experience focuses on direct-to-consumer home improvement, but also includes deep experience in vehicular, industrial manufacturing, distribution, and electronics industries. Some of Mr. Marsh’s notable recent transactions within the direct-to-consumer home improvement industry include 1-800 Hansons, Mad City Window & Bath, NEWPRO, Tundraland, Closet America, TSR Concrete Coatings, and Max Home. Mr. Marsh is a co-inventor of Angle’s unique “Sponsored Management Buyout” methodology and co-originator of the Fireside Chat® process for selectively qualifying buyer candidates.
Prior to co-founding Angle Advisors, Mr. Marsh worked for W.Y. Campbell & Company, where he managed M&A transactions across a multitude of industries. Previously, Mr. Marsh worked for Questor Management Company, LLC, a private equity firm with $1.1 billion of capital, as well as J.P. Morgan, where he held transaction execution roles on mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, debt and equity financings, and recapitalizations.
Mr. Marsh holds a B.B.A. with high distinction in Finance and Accounting from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, where he was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma.
MATT ZWACK

Mr. Zwack is a Partner at Angle Advisors and has 14 years of investment banking and commercial banking experience. With 9 years of operational experience in the steel industry, Mr. Zwack has an extensive background in manufacturing and metal processing operations to complement his financial and accounting experience. With over 50 completed transactions during his career, Mr. Zwack focuses on the vehicular, metal processing, capital equipment, and industrial manufacturing industries. Some of Mr. Zwack’s notable recent transactions in the metal processing industry include Doral Steel, Salem Steel, Riviera Tool, Waterloo Recycling, and Kecy Products.
Prior to joining Angle Advisors, Mr. Zwack worked for W.Y. Campbell & Company, where he managed M&A transactions and led the firm’s metals practice. Previously, Mr. Zwack was the Chief Financial Officer of a privately held company involved in the steel manufacturing, processing, and waste industries. During his tenure, Mr. Zwack developed a proven track record of successfully managing businesses despite adverse financial conditions and a distressed economic environment. In addition to executive management, Mr. Zwack held various transaction and analyst roles at P&M Corporate Finance, LLC, Bank of America, NT&SA and Comerica Bank.

CRAIG MELEGARI

Mr. Melegari is a Partner at Angle Advisors and has 26 years of investment banking and capital raising experience advising corporate clients, private business owners, and private equity funds on merger, acquisition, divestiture, capital raising, and distressed/restructuring transactions. Having completed over 120 transactions across industry verticals such as the vehicular, aerospace, defense, logistics, financial services, marine, business services, specialty chemical, and general industrial sectors, Mr. Melegari has accumulated significant experience with a wide variety of manufacturing technologies including casting, stamping, forging, machining, and injection molding. Specifically, having completed 25 casting transactions, Mr. Melegari has an especially deep knowledge of both ferrous and non-ferrous foundry processes ranging from high pressure die casting, low pressure permanent mold, and gravity to greensand and investment casting technologies. Some of Mr. Melegari’s notable recent transactions in the casting industry include General Aluminum, Tooling & Equipment Intl (TEI), Walker Die Casting, Knorr-Bremse's Sheppard Foundry, Contech, Albany-Chicago, Key 3, and Alcoa's Auto Components Business. Mr. Melegari has completed transactions in 16 countries around the world, including in Europe, Asia, North America, and South America.
Prior to joining Angle Advisors, Mr. Melegari worked for W.Y. Campbell & Company, where he managed a variety of M&A transactions over his 13-year tenure at the firm. Previously, Mr. Melegari worked for Mellon Bank and participated in both commercial lending and capital markets activities. Within Mellon’s Institutional Banking Group, Mr. Melegari’s team provided traditional senior credit facilities and leveraged term loans to large corporate and middle-market clients. Mr. Melegari’s career with Mellon began as a member of the International Securities Lending Group where activities focused on the trading of international fixed income and debt securities.
Mr. Melegari received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan and earned his M.B.A. from The Katz School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh, where he was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma.

Mr. Gordy is a Managing Director at Angle Advisors and has over 25 years of investment banking experience including sell-side and buy-side M&A advisory, as well as capital raising and restructuring transactions. With over 125 completed transactions throughout his career, Mr. Gordy has experience in the vehicular, paper, building products, capital equipment, mining, logistics and several other industries. Mr. Gordy’s transactions have primarily focused on the sale of privately-held middle-market businesses, including both healthy and highly distressed companies that required difficult and complex restructurings and sale processes.
Prior to joining Angle Advisors, Mr. Gordy was Managing Director at Variant Capital Advisors where he founded and led the firm’s M&A, capital raise and restructuring practice. Previously, Mr. Gordy was Managing Director at Banc One Capital Markets, Inc. and its predecessor, First Chicago Capital Markets, Inc. At Banc One Capital Markets, Mr. Gordy was responsible for originating, structuring, managing and executing public and private debt financings, including high yield and investment grade securities and private placements of senior debt and mezzanine capital.
Mr. Gordy received his Master of Business Administration in Finance from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a Bachelor degree from the University of Michigan. He is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth, the American Bankruptcy Institute, and the Turnaround Management Association.
MARK CARROLL

Mr. Carroll is a Managing Director at Angle Advisors and has over 25 years of years of corporate finance experience focused on private equity investing, venture capital, M&A advisory, capital raising, and restructuring transactions. As a principal investor, Mr. Carroll has led the acquisition and financing of over 25 companies. Mr. Carroll’s transaction experience encompasses several industries, including automotive, heavy truck, food, electronics, machining, healthcare technology and building products. Mr. Carroll’s transactions have primarily focused on family-owned businesses and corporate carve-outs, including both healthy and highly distressed companies. Mr. Carroll has been primarily responsible for the sale of companies to publicly traded strategic acquirers and to private equity investors.
Prior to joining Angle Advisors, Mr. Carroll was the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Superior Capital Partners, a lower middle market private equity firm focused on special situation investments. He also served as the CFO and head of capital raising for Perigon Health 360, a venture capital backed digital healthcare company. Previously, Mr. Carroll was with Questor Management Company and CHS Capital. Mr. Carroll also served as an investment banker with BT Alex.Brown and PaineWebber.
Mr. Carroll holds a bachelor’s degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a M.B.A. from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University where he was a F.C. Austin Scholar and a Masters in Engineering Management from the McCormick School of Engineering at Northwestern University.

Prior to joining Angle Advisors, Mr. Alkhas was a Vice President at Lincoln International, where he managed M&A transactions across a variety of industries. Prior to joining Lincoln International, Mr. Alkhas worked for Andrews Advisory Group, a boutique turnaround and restructuring firm focused on advising both debtors and creditors in distressed situations. Prior to joining Andrews Advisory Group, Mr. Alkhas worked in Credit Suisse’s investment banking group, where he held transaction execution roles on mergers, acquisitions, valuations, leveraged buyouts, debt and equity financings, and recapitalizations.
Mr. Alkhas holds an M.B.A. degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. degree in Finance and Accounting from Indiana University.

Mr. de Movellan is a Managing Director at Angle Advisors with over 35 years of international experience in investment banking and corporate leadership. Prior roles include executive leadership, corporate finance, operations, and supplier and business development in aerospace & defense, financial services, real estate, and retail sporting goods manufacturing and distribution. This combination of transactional and hands-on business experience contributes to effectively guiding and coaching both experienced and new-to-transactions management teams. Mr. de Movellan leads domestic and international transactions, corporate carve-outs and private company sales.
Mr. de Movellan’s background includes notable transactions in aerospace/defense/space components and tooling, aviation airframe and component MRO, automotive plastics and metals, automation, electronics manufacturing services, and testing/inspection/certification/compliance (TICC).
Prior to joining Angle Advisors, Mr. de Movellan held positions with Goodrich Aerospace (now RTX), Prudential, GreenPath, and King Par. Notable customers include Airbus, American Airlines, Ashland Oil, Bank of America, Boeing, British Aerospace, Costco, Delta Air Lines, Lexmark, United Airlines, and Walmart.
Mr. de Movellan holds a B.A. degree from Washington & Lee University and has completed further accounting and finance coursework at both the University of Michigan and the University of Kentucky. He is trained as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and holds his license as a private pilot. Mr. de Movellan is fluent in English, Spanish, and French and conversant in Italian, Portuguese, and German.

Mr. Simon is a Managing Director at Angle Advisors and has over 20 years of investment banking and public company executive experience. In his career as a principal and an advisor, Mr. Simon has led over 50 transactions spanning acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, restructurings and financings. These transactions encompass several industries including electrical equipment, automotive, paper/packaging, machinery, capital goods, industrial technology and fire and security services. Mr. Simon has led transactions ranging from several million to multiple billion dollars. Notable transactions include, among others, the sale of The Coats Company, JCI’s acquisition of Silent-Aire, the formation of JCI’s energy infrastructure financing JV with Apollo, the sale of JCI’s Power Solutions business (nka Clarios), the sale Hart and Cooley, JCI’s acquisition of EasyIO, the sale of TI Automotive, the sale of Victor Technologies, Georgia-Pacific’s acquisition of Buckeye Technologies, the sale of Meridian Lightweight Technologies, the sale of Davis-Standard, the sale of Maaco Enterprises and advising the debtor-in-possession lenders during Delphi’s Chap. 11 proceedings.
Mr. Simon’s corporate executive experience includes serving as VP, Corporate Finance for Vontier Corporation (NYSE: VNT) overseeing the corporate development, treasury, and FP&A functions as well as VP, Corporate Development Officer for Johnson Controls (NYSE: JCI) as it rapidly transformed its portfolio from an industrial conglomerate to a pure play building systems company that included over $30 billion of acquisitions and divestitures. Prior to joining Johnson Controls, Mr. Simon had a twelve-year career in investment banking as a Managing Director at both PJT Partners and The Blackstone Group serving corporate and private equity clients. He began his career as an analyst at the General Motors New York Treasurer’s Office.

Mr. Diehl is a Director at Angle Advisors and has 9 years of investment banking experience. With over 30 completed transactions during his career, Mr. Diehl has experience executing both domestic and cross-border transactions for corporate clients, private business owners, and private equity firms. Mr. Diehl focuses on helping clients who operate in the automotive, manufacturing, and business services industries, and has diverse experience executing transactions for companies in the building products, direct-to-consumer home improvement and consumer products markets. Mr. Diehl works with both healthy and distressed and early stage and mature businesses. Some of Mr. Diehl's notable recent transactions include The Taylor Group’s acquisition of CVS Ferrari, the sale of Vontier’s wheel service business The Coats Company, TSR Concrete Coatings, Norwood Industries, and LearnDash. Mr. Diehl currently serves on the board of the Exit Planning Institute's Southeast Michigan Chapter.
Prior to joining Angle Advisors, Mr. Diehl worked for Donnelly Penman & Partners, where he assisted on M&A transactions, valuation, and strategic advisory in the automotive, manufacturing, and business services industries.

Mr. Lovati is a Vice President at Angle Advisors and has 7 years of investment banking and transaction advisory services experience. He specializes in M&A advisory and his experience includes representing privately held and public companies in domestic and cross-border transactions. Mr. Lovati has transaction experience in a number of industries including industrial manufacturing, metals, engineered materials, building products, distribution, and business services.
Prior to joining Angle Advisors, Mr. Lovati worked for Cowen in their M&A group, where he supported the execution of sell-side transactions across various industries. Mr. Lovati began his career in the transaction advisory services group at a national accounting and advisory firm where he assisted on financial due diligence engagements.
Mr. Lovati received a B.S. in Finance from the Mike Ilitch School of Business at Wayne State University.
