RIDGE TOP EXTERIORS HAS BEEN ACQUIRED BY SOUNDCORE CAPITAL PARTNERS

Birmingham, Michigan – June 11, 2025 – Angle Advisors is pleased to announce that Ridge Top Exteriors (“Ridge Top”), a leading provider of exterior home remodeling installation and repair services, has been acquired by Soundcore Capital Partners (“Soundcore”). The transaction closed on June 2, 2025, and Soundcore simultaneously launched TrussPoint Roofing & Exterior Renovations (“TrussPoint”), a growth-oriented investment platform focused on residential home exterior services. Angle Advisors acted as the exclusive investment banking advisor to Ridge Top in completing the transaction.

Ridge Top, headquartered in Madison, Wisconsin, provides exterior home remodeling installation and repair services. The company specializes in residential roofing, siding, windows and doors, gutters, and solar installations for customers in major MSAs across Wisconsin, Florida, and Illinois, and has a history of successful greenfield development. The Company has a strong retail (non-insurance) core business and also benefits from market brand awareness to service storm (insurance) related work and its customers' needs.
