PROPER GROUP INTERNATIONAL HAS SOLD ITS ANDERSON, SC MANUFACTURING FACILITY TO TECHNIPLAS
Birmingham, Michigan – April 25, 2023 – Angle Advisors is pleased to announce that Techniplas US, LLC (“Techniplas”) completed its acquisition of Proper Group International’s Anderson, South Carolina manufacturing operation (“Proper Anderson”). Angle Advisors acted as the exclusive investment banking advisor to Proper in completing the transaction.
Located in Anderson, South Carolina, Proper Anderson’s manufacturing operation was founded in 1996 and includes an 86,000 ft2 facility with over 120 employees.
