NEW WATER CAPITAL HAS ACQUIRED NELSON MILLER, INC.
Birmingham, Michigan – November 1, 2021 – Angle Advisors is pleased to announce that Nelson Miller, Inc. (“NMI” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Superior Capital Partners LLC (“Superior”) has been acquired by New Water Capital LP (“New Water”). Angle Advisors acted as the exclusive investment banking advisor to Nelson Miller in completing this transaction.
Nelson-Miller is an internationally recognized designer and supplier of world-class engineered solutions in user interfaces and product identification for the medical devices, industrial equipment, aerospace & defense, and security system end markets. The diverse product line includes printed electronics, membrane switches, injection molding, full assemblies, backlighting, and touchscreens. Headquartered in Los Angeles, California, the Company operates two manufacturing facilities in Wisconsin, and a supply chain management office in Dongguan, China.
