PATRICK INDUSTRIES HAS ACQUIRED INLAND PLYWOOD COMPANY
Birmingham, Michigan – August 3, 2020 – Angle Advisors is pleased to announce that Patrick Industries, Inc. (“Patrick”) has acquired Inland Plywood Company (“Inland” or the “Company”). Angle Advisors acted as the exclusive investment banking advisor to Inland in completing this transaction.
Founded in 1967, Inland is a premier supplier, laminator, and wholesale distributor of treated, untreated, and laminated plywood, medium density overlay panels, and other specialty products, primarily serving the marine market as well as the recreational vehicle (“RV”) and industrial markets. Inland is headquartered in Pontiac, Michigan with an additional facility located in Cocoa, Florida.
