HOCKER TITLE HAS BEEN ACQUIRED BY MOMENTUM TITLE AGENCY

Birmingham, Michigan – April 23, 2025 – Angle Advisors is pleased to announce that Momentum Title Agency, a Futura Title & Escrow (“Futura”) company, has recently made another significant investment in pursuit of Futura’s overall growth strategy with the acquisition of Hocker Title. Angle Advisors acted as the exclusive investment banking advisor to Hocker Title in completing the transaction.
