DELPHI AUTOMOTIVE PLC’S RECEPTION SYSTEMS BUSINESS HAS BEEN ACQUIRED BY NORTHEAST INDUSTRIES GROUP CO. LTD.

Birmingham, Michigan – July 31, 2015 – Angle Advisors is pleased to announce that Northeast Industries Group Co. Ltd. (“Northeast”) has acquired the automotive antenna and television tuner business (“Reception Systems” or the “Business”) of Delphi Automotive PLC (“Delphi”). Angle Advisors acted as the exclusive investment banking advisor to Delphi in completing this transaction.

Based in Bad Salzdetfurth, Germany, Reception Systems is a leading designer and manufacturer of automotive antenna systems and in-vehicle television tuners.  The Business offers a full line of reception systems from single service roof top antennas and AM/FM rods to advanced multiservice, hidden, and smart antennas.
