SAGE CAPITAL HAS ACQUIRED CHECK CORPORATION
Birmingham, Michigan – August 27, 2018 – Angle Advisors is pleased to announce that Sage Capital LLC (“Sage Capital”) has invested in Check Corporation (“Check” or the “Company”), in partnership with management. Angle Advisors acted as the exclusive investment banking advisor to Check in completing this transaction.
Based in Troy, MI, Check is a leading manufacturer of flexible heating elements, control systems, and related components serving a variety of industries including healthcare, food service, construction, agriculture, marine, motorcycle, and aviation. The Company’s approximately 60 employees design, prototype and manufacture these components and systems for Check’s diverse customer base and end users. The acquisition includes the Company’s headquarters and manufacturing facility in Troy, MI.
