(“Cell Con” or the “Company”), a subsidiary of U.S. Group, Inc., has been acquired by Mittler Bros. Machine & Tool (“Mittler Bros.”).Angle Advisors acted as the exclusive investment banking advisor to Cell Con in completing this transaction.

Based in Detroit, MI, Cell Con is a leading USA manufacturer of high value 3-axis horizontal and vertical CNC production modules, for use in special machine builds, as well as stand-alone machining centers. Cell Con’s products have evolved into two main product lines of 3-axis CNC units, with the ability to customize through numerous options for horizontal and vertical spindles, accommodating various options and alternative applications. Founded in 1987, the Company operates from a single facility in Detroit.
