AP EMISSIONS TECHNOLOGIES, LLC HAS BEEN ACQURIED BY MARMON HOLDINGS, A BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY COMPANY
Birmingham, Michigan – February 16, 2023 – Angle Advisors is pleased to announce that Marmon Holdings Inc. (“Marmon”), a Berkshire Hathaway company, has acquired AP Emissions Technologies, LLC (“AP”). Angle Advisors acted as the exclusive investment banking advisor to AP in completing the transaction.
AP is a leading manufacturer of emissions products for the traditional automotive aftermarket, high-performance, and light-to-heavy duty truck end markets. Key products include catalytic converters, mufflers, and exhaust pipes. Headquartered in Goldsboro, North Carolina, AP is vertically integrated with four manufacturing locations across Indiana, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania, along with various fulfillment centers across the United States.
