ANDERTON MACHINING HAS BEEN ACQUIRED BY AN UNDISCLOSED STRATEGIC BUYER

Birmingham, Michigan – September 15, 2025 – Angle Advisors is pleased to announce that Anderton Machining, LLC (“Anderton Machining,” “Anderton,” or the “Company”) has been acquired by an undisclosed strategic buyer. Angle Advisors served as the exclusive investment banking advisor to Anderton in completing the transaction.

Anderton Machining is a leading North American manufacturer of large, precision machined components with high value-added content primarily for the heavy truck, defense, and off-highway vehicle markets.
