ANDERTON CASTINGS HAS BEEN ACQUIRED BY ANGSTROM AUTOMOTIVE GROUP


Birmingham, Michigan – September 9, 2025 – Angle Advisors is pleased to announce that Anderton Castings, LLC (“Anderton Castings” or the “Company”) has been acquired by Angstrom Automotive Group LLC (“Angstrom”). Angle Advisors served as the exclusive investment banking advisor to Anderton in completing the transaction.

Anderton Castings is a full-service Tier I/II supplier of engineered aluminum die cast products with manufacturing facilities in Troy, Texas and Monterrey, Mexico. The Company is a designer and manufacturer of complex castings with high value-added content serving the automotive, heavy truck, off-highway, industrial, and powersports markets. Anderton’s products include structural die castings for body-in-white applications and advanced BEV propulsion system components including inverter housings and manifolds.
