Birmingham, Michigan – September 30, 2013 – Angle Advisors is pleased to announce that AP Exhaust Products, Inc. (“AP Exhaust”), a leader in exhaust and emissions products, has acquired International Muffler Co. (“IMCO”), a manufacturer of replacement exhaust and emissions products. Angle Advisors acted as the exclusive investment banking advisor to AP Exhaust in completing the transaction.

Based in Loudon, TN, IMCO is a manufacturer of replacement exhaust and emissions products for automotive, light truck, heavy-duty, and off-road vehicles, including mufflers, catalytic converters, pipes, glasspacks, tubing products, and other accessories, marketed most notably under the IMCO^®, Maremont^®, and Cherry Bomb^® brands.
