NICK DIEHL HAS BEEN PROMOTED TO MANAGING DIRECTOR

Birmingham, Michigan – September 29, 2026 – Angle Advisors announced today that Nick Diehl has been promoted to Managing Director.

Since joining Angle Advisors in January 2021, Mr. Diehl has advised founder- and family-owned businesses, private equity firms, and corporate clients on M&A and strategic alternatives. His sector experience spans residential and commercial services, building products, industrial manufacturing, aerospace & defense, automotive, healthcare services, and value-added distribution.

Mr. Diehl leads engagements from origination through closing and works closely with clients on valuation, positioning, buyer strategy, and transaction timing. His approach extends beyond individual transactions, with clients frequently turning to him for advice well before a formal process begins.

Mr. Diehl received a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
