ADAM HALE HAS BEEN PROMOTED TO VICE PRESIDENT

Birmingham, Michigan – February 23, 2026 – Angle Advisors announced today that Adam Hale has been promoted to Vice President.

Since joining Angle Advisors, Adam has been integral to our success across numerous transactions, including both domestic and cross-border deals for corporate clients, private business owners, and private equity firms.  Adam’s experience spans a number of industries including aerospace, automotive, metal processing, business services, and consumer.  He brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to every mandate, maintaining a consistent focus on execution and delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Prior to joining Angle Advisors, Adam worked for a national accounting firm where he assisted lower-middle market companies with accounting and financial due diligence engagements.

Mr. Hale holds a B.S. in Accounting from the Mike Ilitch School of Business at Wayne State University.
