H&T PRESSPART ACQUIRES MAJORITY STAKE IN PLAS-TECH ENGINEERING
Birmingham, Michigan – March 16, 2026 – H&T Presspart, a division of the Heitkamp & Thumann Group, has acquired a majority stake in Plas-Tech Engineering, a privately-owned medical device manufacturer based in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. The transaction, which closed in November 2025, had Angle Advisors serving as the investment banking advisor to H&T Presspart.

Plas-Tech Engineering is a full-scale medical device manufacturer providing end-to-end support from early development to production. With 35+ years of experience, Plas-Tech has grown from precision injection molding into a vertically-integrated partner offering concept development, prototyping and tooling, injection molding, assembly, and validations for low- to high-volume needs.
