HANSONS HAS RECEIVED AN INVESTMENT FROM HURON CAPITAL


Birmingham, Michigan – October 25, 2017 – Angle Advisors is pleased to announce that Huron Capital Partners, LLC (“Huron Capital”) has invested in Hansons Holdings, LLC (“Hansons” or the “Company”), in partnership with management. Angle Advisors acted as the exclusive investment banking advisor to Hansons in completing this transaction.

Based in Troy, MI, Hansons is a leading provider of marketing and support services for the installation of replacement windows, roofing, siding, and gutters. Founded in 1988 by Brian Elias, the Chief Executive Officer, Hansons has grown to eight locations throughout Michigan and Ohio. The Company's "1-800-Hansons…Get it Done" jingle is well-known to consumers throughout the region and has positioned Hansons as one of the leading providers of services in the home repair and renovations market in the state of Michigan.
