TRANSNAV HAS BEEN ACQUIRED BY PLASTIVALOIRE GROUP
Birmingham, Michigan – November 12, 2018 – Angle Advisors is pleased to announce that Plastivaloire Group (“PVL”) has acquired TransNav Corporation. (“TransNav” or the “Company”). Angle Advisors acted as the exclusive investment banking advisor to TransNav in completing this transaction.
Based in New Baltimore, Michigan, TransNav is a vertically integrated provider of highly engineered and customized plastic components and assemblies. With three strategically located manufacturing facilities in Michigan, Kentucky, and Puebla, Mexico, TransNav serves the automotive, retail, and industrial end markets. TransNav produces a wide variety of products for various applications including fluid system components, functional black plastic, trim (interior, exterior, and decorative), and shopping carts.
