Angle Advisors is offers 8-10 week internships (typcially in the Summer) at our office in Birmingham, MI. You’ll work directly with deal teams to support all phases of transaction work — from pitch development to execution. This role offers hands-on exposure to real deal work, financial modeling, valuation, and client deliverables.​

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain financial models

Analyze company and industry data, including research on market trends and competitive positioning

Prepare pitch books, presentations, and client materials
-
Support due diligence, valuation and transaction structuring
-
Update internal databases and deal tracking systems
-
Assist with buyer list development and outreach support
-
Perform ad hoc projects and data requests as needed
Qualifications
-
Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program
-
Strong academic record
-
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
-
Basic understanding of financial statements and valuation methods
-
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills
-
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and manage multiple deadlines

Demonstrated interest in corporate finance, capital markets, mergers & acquisitions

Prior internship or coursework in finance, accounting, or investments

Experience with Capital IQ, Pitchbook, or other financial databases

Extracurricular leadership roles or finance clubs
