Birmingham, Michigan – June 1, 2023 – Angle Advisors announced today that Mark Carroll has joined the firm as a Managing Director.
Mark Carroll joins Angle Advisors with over 25 years of corporate finance experience focused on private equity investing, venture capital, M&A advisory, capital raising, and restructuring transactions. As a principal investor, Mr. Carroll has led the acquisition and financing of over 25 companies. Mr. Carroll’s transaction experience encompasses several industries, including automotive, heavy truck, food, electronics, healthcare technology and building products.

Mr. Carroll’s previous corporate finance background includes leadership positions with Superior Capital Partners, Perigon Health 360, Questor Management Company and CHS Capital. Mr. Carroll also served as an investment banker with BT Alex.Brown and PaineWebber. Mr. Carroll holds a bachelor’s degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University and a Masters in Engineering Management from the McCormick School of Engineering at Northwestern University.
